CONDITIONS

QUALIFICATIONS

Ulcerative Proctitis

Male/Female between 18-75, diagnosed with UP (mild to moderate), complete 8 office visits with 11 weeks. Will receive study medication at no cost.

EXCLUSION: Crohn's Disease

IBS-D

Female ONLY between 18-65, diagnosed with IBS-D with symptoms for at least 6 months & have NOT adequately responded to other IBS therapy. Patients need to have insurance, study drug is not provided.

IBS-D

Male/Female between 18-75, pain/discomfort at least 3 days per month, minimum 6 months. Treatment medication three times a day for 14 days with a follow-up office visit during the 4th-week.

EXCLUSION: Diabetes Type 1 & 2

Chronic Constipation

Male/Female between 18-75, 14-week trial with study drug provided. Symptoms must be 6 months prior to diagnosis.

EXCLUSION: History of Diverticulitis. Diverticulosis is accepted.

Chronic Constipation

Male/Female between 18-75, 14-week trial with study drug provided.

Less than 3 bowel movements per week with abdominal bloating.

EXCLUSION: History of Diverticulitis, Diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease.

Ulcerative Colitis

Male/Female between 18-75, mild to mod severe UC, current UC flare despite oral medication.

Study duration 8 weeks with drug provided.

EXCLUSION: Type 1 Diabetes, Hepatitis B or C

Ulcerative Colitis

Male/Female 18-75, failed oral steroids, 6-MP or Anti-TNF.

Phase 1 trial is 13 weeks with study drug provided. Upon completion, you may be eligible to participate in phase 2, 3, and 4 trials for up to 4 years of involvement.

EXCLUSION: Crohn's Disease, Infectious or Ischemic Colitis. Hepatitis B or C

Crohn's Disease

Male/Female between 18-75, moderate to severe Crohn's Disease, must have failed mesalamines, immunosuppressants AND Anti-TNF's.

12 week initial study with drug provided.

EXCLUSION: History of Diverticulitis or symptomatic Diverticulosis.

GERD

Male/Female between 18-70, persistent symptoms of regurgitation for 2+ days with & without heartburn while on a stable proton-pump inhibitor (PPI).

Diagnosed with GERD at least 6 months prior to screening visit.

Study drug is provided.

EXCLUSION: Night Shift Workers
